Transforming a Bedroom Into a Vibrant Creative Space
This mural was a special commissioned piece created for a teenager's bedroom. A vibrant, expressive work inspired around one of her favourite quotes by the Lebanese-American poet Kahlil Gibran.
I wanted the artwork to feel alive, uplifting, and full of movement, so I combined bold colours with flowing shapes to capture the energy and optimism of youth. The swirling reds, yellows, and blues create a dynamic backdrop that symbolises time, imagination, and the transition between memory and dreams.
A Colourful Sanctuary of Personality and Expression
The mural also features playful elements that reflect her personality and interests, including illustrated classic cars and expressive graphic motifs. The large, bright flowers soften the composition, adding harmony and warmth to the room.
The final piece transformed her bedroom into a personal creative sanctuary, an inspiring space where colour and meaning come together.
